Terms and conditions

Quotes, timings and deliverables are agreed per project. A project starts after approval of the quote or project agreement.

Invoices are payable according to the terms stated on the quote or invoice. In case of late payment, further work may be paused temporarily.

The client provides the required text, images and access in time. Designs, code and other materials remain property of Digidude until full payment, unless agreed otherwise.

Digidude works carefully and professionally, but is not liable for indirect damage, data loss or issues caused by external services, hosting or third-party tools.
